Duties of the High School Boys Soccer Assistant Coach: Assist with planning and organization high school practices Assist with review of game film Assist with lining of field and pre-game setup Assist during all high school games, home and away Coordinate and direct team managers with pre and post game responsibilities Upload scores on social media on game days Maintain the highest order of professionalism and display the highest level of ethical and moral behavior at all times, including building positive relationships with athletes, coaches, parents, and the community Help create a Christ-centered environment and team culture of service to others that reflects the Lipscomb Academy Mission Statement Guide student-athletes in learning appropriate sportsmanship, cooperation, work ethic, personal responsibility, and competitiveness to all student-athletes Other duties as assigned by the Dir of Soccer.
