Strategic Thinker: Capable of creating customized financial plans, including investment strategies, retirement planning, tax optimization, and estate planning. Strong Communicator: Able to explain complex financial concepts in a clear and relatable manner, ensuring clients feel confident and informed. Ethical Standards: Maintains the highest level of integrity and professionalism, adhering to fiduciary responsibilities. Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in finance, economics, business, or a related field (CFP® certification preferred). Minimum of 5 years of experience in wealth management or financial advisory roles. Deep knowledge of financial products, investment strategies, and regulatory requirements. Moneyguide, eMoney, etc. Proven ability to manage a book of high-net-worth clients and grow assets under management. Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with a focus on delivering exceptional client experiences. Preferred AUM at or above $25M. Responsibilities

Develop and implement comprehensive financial plans for individual clients. Provide ongoing advice and portfolio reviews to ensure clients' financial goals are being met. Stay updated on market trends and regulatory changes to provide relevant and timely advice. Actively seek opportunities to expand the client base through referrals, networking, and community involvement. Collaborate with internal teams to deliver a seamless client experience.
