Process the full payroll cycle for hourly and salaried employees, including new site locations Manage employee data in payroll and HRIS systems, including new hires and terminations Participate in or lead the implementation of payroll and HRIS systems for new locations Maintain and audit payroll records, ensuring compliance with payroll tax laws and regulations Administer employee benefits programs and coordinate open enrollment processes Qualifications
3-5 years of progressive payroll and benefits administration experience in a multi-location organization Bachelor\'s degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, Human Resources, or a closely-related field Demonstrated experience with payroll/HRIS system implementation or major payroll systems conversion Strong knowledge of payroll tax and regulatory compliance across multiple jurisdictions Hands-on experience with payroll software and strong Excel/computer skills Preferred Qualifications
Payroll and/or benefits certification (e.g., American Payroll Association – FPC/CPP, CEBS) Proven ability to process large volumes of payroll data accurately while managing benefits administration tasks Excellent analytical, problem-solving, organizational, and time-management skills #Payroll #BenefitsAdministration #RemoteWork #CareerGrowth #Compliance We prioritize candidate privacy and champion equal-opportunity employment.
