Phlebotomist - Annadale
The primary role of a Phlebotomist is to assist in performing various assigned duties, troubleshooting, training, and making workflow recommendations. This position requires expertise in blood draws, labeling specimens, and other related tasks.
Essential Skills:
- Proficiency in Phlebotomy and blood draw techniques.
- Experience in specimen collection for at least 1 year.
- Ability to handle hard-to-draw patients (Hard Stick Experience).
- Strong customer service skills.
- Experience working in medical, pediatric, and geriatric settings.
Additional Skills & Qualifications:
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite.
- High School Diploma or GED.
- 1-2 years of relevant experience.
Job Type & Location:
This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Fairfax, Virginia.
Pay and Benefits:
The pay range for this position is $18.00 - $22.00/hr. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
