Manager, SAP S4 Public Cloud Data

in Enterprise Solutions for our Advisory Services practice. Responsibilities

Develop and own the comprehensive data conversion strategy, assessing legacy landscapes, defining source‑to‑target mapping, establishing cleansing protocols, and designing the data governance framework. Lead the data conversion workstream within the SAP S/4HANA program, managing the project plan, budget, and financials while proactively identifying and resolving risks and issues. Design and oversee the data conversion architecture, including ETL pipelines, staging strategies, and validation protocols, leveraging SAP BTP and Datasphere where applicable to enhance data orchestration. Lead the hands‑on execution of the full data conversion lifecycle, including ETL design, multiple mock cycles, data validation, and final cutover, ensuring alignment with all program milestones. Support the pursuit director during sales cycles by providing expert input into the data conversion scope, solution design, and pricing to ensure alignment with client transformation goals. Lead the data conversion team by assigning tasks, managing delivery quality, and fostering a collaborative culture. Drive efficiency by developing reusable ETL templates and automation accelerators for future projects. Act with integrity, professionalism, and personal responsibility to uphold KPMG’s respectful and courteous work environment. Qualifications

Minimum of 5 years of experience in SAP data conversion and governance, including at least one full lifecycle SAP S/4HANA Public Cloud implementation where you provided input into the data workstream scope and solution during the sales pursuit. Bachelor’s degree from an accredited college or university in an appropriate field. Proven expertise in developing and executing end‑to‑end data conversion strategies, from assessing legacy landscapes and defining source‑to‑target mapping to designing and implementing robust data governance frameworks. Demonstrated success managing the entire data conversion workstream within large‑scale SAP programs, including workstream planning, risk mitigation, issue resolution, and full financial oversight of the budget. Strong technical command of data architecture principles, with hands‑on experience designing ETL pipelines and leading the execution of the full data migration lifecycle, from mock cycles through final cutover. Established ability to lead and mentor data‑focused teams while driving innovation through the development of reusable ETL templates, automation scripts, and governance accelerators to enhance project efficiency and quality. Travel may be up to 50‑80%. Must be authorized to work in the U.S. without the need for employment‑based visa sponsorship now or in the future.
