SUMMARY OF POSITION
Responsible for the planning, full-time supervision, and execution of construction projects.
ROLE AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
Professionally represent Hogan as the primary interface with the Owner.
Prepare, implement, and enforce a Project-Specific Safety Plan, including daily huddles and weekly toolbox talks.
Participate in the preconstruction and procurement phase of a project to develop an initial overall project schedule and execution plan.
Oversee, manage, and mentor Assistant Superintendents, Foremen, Carpenters, and Interns.
Participate in project-specific Owner/Architect/Contractor meetings and lead Subcontractor Coordination Meetings.
Lead the collaborative daily and weekly planning, implementation, and progress tracking process.
Develop, maintain, and enforce a project-wide site logistics plan.
Coordinate subcontractor work scopes, scheduling and material deliveries.
Ensure that all requirements of insurance, safety, and labor relations are supported.

QUALIFICATIONS, SKILLS, AND EXPERIENCE REQUIREMENTS
A four-year degree or 8 years of construction-related experience.
Five years of Superintendent Experience.
Demonstrated success in managing construction projects exceeding $5 million in value.
Excellent listening skills and strong communication skills.
Effective participation in a team environment.
Ability to identify and resolve complex issues amicably.
Proficient computer skills in Microsoft Office, project management, and scheduling software.
Strong work ethic and “can-do” attitude.
