Veterinary Technician Lead
to join our leadership group.
As a large general practice, we see a diverse caseload, from routine wellness care to advanced diagnostics and treatments. This role is ideal for an experienced technician who is passionate about patient care, enjoys mentoring others, and thrives in a dynamic environment.
Key Responsibilities
Lead, support, and mentor our team of veterinary technicians and assistants.
Oversee daily workflow to ensure smooth and efficient hospital operations.
Assist veterinarians during exams, surgeries, dental procedures, and treatments.
Ensure all patients receive compassionate, high‑quality care and comfort.
Provide guidance and training on technical skills, protocols, and safety.
Maintain treatment areas and ensure equipment readiness.
Foster a positive, team‑oriented culture focused on learning and collaboration.
Communicate clearly with clients and team members to ensure continuity of care.
Qualifications
Licensed/Certified Veterinary Technician (LVT/CVT/RVT) preferred.
Minimum 3 years of clinical experience (leadership experience a plus).
Strong communication and leadership skills with a collaborative mindset.
Detail‑oriented, reliable, and committed to exceptional patient care.
Ability to multitask and stay composed in a fast‑paced environment.
