Senior Executive Recruiter at LHH (formerly Ajilon) - Human Resources, Supply Chain, & Organizational Support
LHH is working with a manufacturing and distribution organization as they add an additional Sales Account Manager to their growing sales team. This role plays a pivotal role in cultivating and expanding customer relationships by identifying needs and opportunities across product lines. This role focuses on delivering value to clients while driving business growth. As part of a collaborative sales team, the Account Manager is responsible for acquiring, developing, retaining, and managing strategic accounts within assigned territories.
Key Responsibilities
Uphold a strong commitment to safety protocols and procedures.
Promote and sell products, systems, and services to both new and existing clients.
Conduct market research and competitive analysis to inform sales strategies.
Set and achieve personal sales targets in alignment with team goals.
Build and maintain trusted relationships with prospects, clients, and internal teams.
Collaborate with service teams to develop tailored sales solutions and manage order processing.
Support account setup and assist with collections in partnership with finance teams.
Coordinate with customer service and operations to ensure account activities are current.
Track delivery timelines and expedite orders when necessary.
Skills and Competencies
Exceptional customer service and interpersonal skills.
Strong organizational and communication abilities.
Capable of delivering effective presentations tailored to diverse audiences.
Solid math proficiency, including working with whole numbers, fractions, and decimals.
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Outlook, Excel).
Mechanical aptitude and ability to operate tools and equipment effectively.
Qualifications
3–7 years of successful experience in outside industrial sales.
Bachelor’s degree in engineering, business, or a related field preferred (equivalent experience considered).
Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.
