Title: Influencer Marketing Freelancer
Hours: 20-25 hours/week (dependent on project needs)
Location: NYC-based preferred
Base pay range: $40.00/hr – $55.00/hr

We’re building a brand that’s as editorial as it is innovative—and we’re looking for an Influencer Marketing Freelancer who can help shape our next chapter.
Role Summary In this role, you will be instrumental in executing our social media strategy, growing our online community, and bringing the EADEM brand to life across our digital platforms. You will be responsible for managing our social media presence, creating engaging content, and fostering a vibrant and inclusive community of followers.
Key Responsibilities
Assist in the coordination and management of influencer gifting programs, ensuring timely product shipments and thoughtful packaging.
Maintain and update influencer databases, tracking communication, seeding, and performance metrics.
Support the Influencer Marketing Manager in identifying and researching new influencer partners across TikTok, Instagram, and YouTube.
Manage inbound influencer inquiries and partnership requests.
Collaborate with EADEM’s internal teams (Social, PR, Creative, and Ops) as needed to align deliverables with brand campaigns.
Help brief influencers for content creation, ensuring brand guidelines and key messaging are clearly communicated.
Track campaign deliverables and timelines, proactively flagging any delays or missing content.
Gather content for reposting and liaise with the Creative and Social teams to optimize usage.
Assist with monthly influencer reports — pulling performance metrics, compiling analytics, and summarizing learnings.
Support the development of EADEM’s growing community of ambassadors and creators.
Help maintain an authentic, inclusive, and engaging presence within the influencer community.
Qualifications
Minimum 2 years experience in influencer marketing or community management.
Proficiency in tools like Google Workspace, Microsoft Suite, and database management and communication platforms. Experience with CRM software is a plus.
Exceptional organizational, multitasking, and communication abilities.
A proactive, detail‑oriented professional with a growth mindset, alignment with EADEM’s values, and enthusiasm for fostering an inclusive workplace culture. Passion for the beauty industry is a plus.
Additional Note This is a freelance, independent contractor role. The individual will not be classified as an employee of EADEM and will be responsible for their own taxes, benefits, and insurance coverage.
