About The Job We’re looking for a Head of INDOPACOM Operations. In this role, you’ll engender support and build advocacy across different business lines, industry partners, and government partners at different echelons of command. You will be the face of Anduril to INDOPACOM and service components for all Counter‑C5ISR‑T efforts; ensure our Joint Force partners are knowledgeable of Anduril’s hardware and software family of systems and how they contribute to counter‑targeting efforts; ensure Anduril’s C‑suite and cognizant business lines are aware of current and future counter‑targeting requirements.
What You’ll Do
Build and execute a cohesive, operationally‑informed strategy to shape, capture, and close growth opportunities in INDOPACOM, PACFLEET, USARPAC, and other DoW, defense, and International opportunities for Anduril in the INDOPACOM area of operations. Shape, inform, and drive new Anduril product strategies including Counter C5ISR‑T, Air/Maritime Operations, and discover new products to enable INDOPACOM operations.
Work hand‑in‑hand with the Discovery, Intelligence Systems, and Space Business lines along with the Strategic Growth team, Communications team, and Corporate Development team to develop and execute plans for programmatic shaping, contracting strategy, funding strategy, and partnership strategy leading to capture of future INDOPACOM opportunities.
Establish operational assessments, scenarios, and simulations to drive operational and data‑driven strategies to shape future Department of War investments and Anduril product roadmaps across INDOPACOM. Align specific operational outcomes toward future products and inform the community on how existing Anduril products can close operational gaps and solutions.
Develop and maintain effective working relationships with stakeholders, including INDOPACOM Staff and leadership, Pacific Fleet staff and leadership, US Army Pacific staff and leadership, and PACAF staff and leadership. Represent Anduril in engagements across the INDOPACOM operational sphere of influence.
Monitor and report on strategy progress, challenges, and opportunities to senior leadership, ensuring transparency and alignment, including establishing strategic goals and priorities, defining financial performance metrics, and assessing the strategic roadmap for Anduril to deliver solutions to INDOPACOM.
Required Qualifications
Proven ability to identify key opportunities to expand hardware/software placement and lay groundwork for follow‑on, larger successful capture efforts.
Military operational planning for non‑kinetic effects and Counter C5ISR‑T operations.
Experience in military acquisition of programs and products.
INDOPACOM / PACFLEET relevant experience.
Experienced communicator with Military and Civilian DoD leadership both written and oral skills.
Highly developed interpersonal skills.
Preferred Qualifications
Either BD/growth and/or program management experience in either RF non‑kinetic effects, electromagnetic spectrum operations, counter‑targeting, or space operations.
Wargaming at SCI and SAP/CAP levels.
Department or service PEO or systems command acquisition for relevant C5ISR capabilities.
Familiarity with Department of War requirements and budgeting process.
Salary Range $191,000 – $253,000 USD
