We are seeking a highly specialized Pay Per Click Specialist. This is a dedicated, execution-focused role for an expert in setting up and managing paid advertising campaigns across multiple platforms. If you’re someone who lives and breathes ad platforms, thrives on optimizing performance, and prefers hands‑on campaign management over generalized marketing work—this role is for you.

Key Responsibilities

Build, launch, and optimize paid media campaigns for multiple businesses.

Google Ads (Search, Display, YouTube, Performance Max)

Microsoft/Bing Ads

Meta Ads (Facebook & Instagram)

TikTok Ads

Conduct keyword research, audience targeting, and budget planning.

Develop and A/B test ad creatives, headlines, and calls to action in collaboration with the design team.

Set up proper tracking using Google Tag Manager, UTM parameters, and conversion goals.

Monitor daily performance metrics and proactively implement changes to improve CTR, CPC, and ROAS.

Generate regular performance reports and provide actionable insights.

Maintain account structure hygiene and follow platform-specific best practices.

Stay updated on platform changes, algorithm updates, and emerging ad formats.

Requirements

+7 years of hands‑on PPC experience in a dedicated media buying role.

Google Ads Certification (required).

Bing Ads/Microsoft Advertising Certification (required).

Proven track record running Meta Ads (Facebook/Instagram) with measurable success.

Experience with APIs and integrations; expert‑level proficiency with Zapier.

Experience managing TikTok Ads campaigns.

Strong understanding of campaign structures, bidding strategies, ad policies, and funnel optimization.

Proficient with tools such as Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, Meta Events Manager, and third‑party tracking platforms.

Advanced skills for data analysis and reporting.

Comfortable working in fast‑paced environments with multiple campaigns and deadlines.

Strong attention to detail, organization, and analytical thinking.

Nice‑to‑Haves

Experience with law firm, B2B lead generation.

Familiarity with remarketing strategies and pixel/event setups.

Experience in high‑spend ad environments ($100k+/month budget management).

Knowledge of ad policy compliance across platforms.

Experience working on marketing agencies.
