Overview

The Manufacturing Injector Cleanroom Lead reports to the Injector Cleanroom Supervisor and focuses on fully understanding the company’s technology, the manufacturing processes necessary to produce it, and ensuring production flow meets company quotas, timelines, and quality standards. The Lead coordinates daily manufacturing activities, maximizes LAL sterile loads, and maintains communication with the supervisor.

Responsibilities

The Manufacturing Injector Cleanroom Lead interacts with Engineering, Quality, Warehouse, and Planning and must maintain the highest quality standards within the allowed time to maximize efficiencies.

Coordinates and communicates execution of activities to meet production goal timelines.

Oversees and supports execution of manufacturing processes, including MICA III, MICA II, and MICA I activities.

Collaborates on high‑level weekly task planning, trains personnel, and supports validation protocols.

Performs tests, gathers data, records results per manufacturing requirements, and supports process improvement initiatives.

MICA III Cleanroom Activities

Component Cleaning & Inspection

ERP system (QAD) work order data entry and closure

MICA II Activities

Micro‑Abrasion

Abrasive Sieving

Cartridge Label Production

MICA I Activities

Component Assembly

Component Sealing

Packaging Assembly

Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities

Past medical device packaging experience.

Demonstrated ability to develop and implement processes.

Supervisory Responsibilities

This position manages a large team of Injector Cleanroom Associates with varying skill levels.

Education, Experience, and Training

Three to five years of related experience in medical device packaging.

Required trainings per company policy, including Insider Trading Policy, Global Anti‑Bribery and Anti‑Corruption Policy, and Code of Business Conduct & Ethics.

Computer Skills

Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, Teams), Smartsheet, and QAD ERP.

Salary

$25.00 to $33.00 per hour
