Manager

to work onsite in Niagara Falls, New York, to support revenue growth and brand visibility through creative sponsorships and strategic collaborations. Reporting to the Director of Marketing, the primary focus will be on identifying, developing, and managing partnerships that enhance our properties and guest experiences, including concerts, festivals, special events, venues, tethered balloon and other attractions, themed-hotels and restaurants, and spaces mixing sights, sounds, and sensations.

The ideal candidate is a relationship builder with a passion for live experiences, who can connect with brands, negotiate mutually beneficial agreements, and work cross‑functionally to deliver high‑quality activations that drive results.

Key Responsibilities

Identify and pursue sponsorship and partnership opportunities across Live Incorporated properties and experiences (e.g., concerts, F&B, rooftop venues, balloon rides, hotel activations, and more).

Research and connect with national, regional, and local brands in key categories such as beer/spirits, travel, automotive, tech, fashion, and lifestyle.

Collaborate with the Director of Marketing to pitch, negotiate, and close cash and in‑kind sponsorship deals.

Build customized proposals that align sponsor objectives with our audience and venue assets.

Activation & Relationship Management

Support onboarding of new partners and coordinate with marketing, events, operations, and creative teams to activate and fulfill partnership agreements.

Ensure brand integrations are seamless and on‑brand—whether physical spaces (e.g., a beverage‑branded concert lawn or influencer‑sponsored rooftop lounge) or digital platforms.

Track partnership KPIs and prepare post‑activation reports to showcase ROI and support renewals.

Innovation & Brand Strategy

Monitor industry trends, competitor activations, and pop culture to bring fresh partnership ideas forward.

Contribute creative concepts for sponsored experiences—such as branded hot air balloons, beverage gardens, VIP lounges, and celebrity‑curated events.

Work with internal and external teams to ensure partnerships feel authentic, on‑trend, and guest‑focused.

Representation & Networking

Represent Live Incorporated at selected industry events, trade shows, and networking opportunities.

Develop relationships with brand managers, agencies, and potential partners to grow the sponsorship pipeline.

Provide regular updates to the Director of Marketing on partnership activity, opportunities, and performance.

Qualifications

3–5 years of experience in sponsorship sales, brand partnerships, experiential marketing, or related field (entertainment, F&B, hospitality, or live events preferred).

Track record of assisting in or directly securing sponsorship agreements with lifestyle brands, beverage companies, or media partners.

Creative thinker who understands how to tell a brand story through experiences and environments.

Strong communication, relationship‑building, and negotiation skills.

Organized, detail‑oriented, and able to manage multiple projects simultaneously.

Self‑motivated with a collaborative team spirit.

Ability to work mostly onsite in Niagara Falls, New York—this is NOT a remote or hybrid job, you will not be considered if you do not already live in WNY.

Preferred but Not Required

Existing relationships with decision‑makers at key brands such as national to global beverage companies, media and entertainment companies, hospitality and hotel industry, experience‑based activations, for example existing relationships with decision‑makers at key brands (e.g., Anheuser‑Busch, Diageo, Red Bull, Live Nation, Marriott, Netflix, etc.).

Experience in branded and sponsored events, brand activations, influencer or celebrity collaborations, and/or connecting public, private, or in‑branded environments, experiential activations, or celebrity collaborations.

Familiarity with artist partnerships, talent agencies, or music sponsorship programs is a plus.

Familiarity with New York State tourism and regional events a plus.

Hourly rate: $24.00 – $28.00 per hour

(commensurate with experience).
