Head of Sales & Customer Success
to drive their next phase of growth.
This is the perfect role for a strategic sales leader who is equally data-driven and hands-on, and who’s excited to build across both inbound and outbound motions while shaping customer success from the ground up.
Key Responsibilities:
Scale revenue from $2M to $20M ARR by building and optimizing a full-funnel GTM engine
Lead and mentor high-performing sales and CS teams
Enhance inbound sales workflows using product data and automation to improve CAC efficiency
Design and implement a new outbound strategy in close partnership with marketing
Drive retention and expansion through a customer success model focused on “land and expand”
Create tight feedback loops with product and marketing to align on customer needs
Travel periodically to other locations to align cross-regional strategy and operations
Qualifications & Requirements:
7+ years in sales and/or customer success leadership, ideally in fast-paced tech startups
Proven success scaling sales teams and systems in a product-led, high-volume, low-ACV environment
Experience launching outbound channels and owning net revenue retention metrics
Process- and data-oriented with strong operational rigor and a test/iterate mindset
Exceptional leadership and communication skills across cross-functional and global teams
Track record of collaborating closely with product and marketing to drive GTM success
Comfortable with travel to align distributed teams and build international cohesion
Passion for innovation and transforming outdated industries with modern tech
