About NANA Healthcare Management
NANA Healthcare Management, LLC supports a growing network of behavioral-health and substance-abuse treatment facilities across multiple states. We help our partner organizations provide accessible, compassionate care through strong financial systems, transparent reporting, and disciplined operational oversight. Our finance team manages a multi-entity structure that spans residential, partial-hospitalization, and outpatient programs, as well as internal billing and management entities. Accuracy, documentation, and intercompany clarity are at the heart of what we do.

Maintain auditable workpapers that tie billing and service activity to financial statements.
Oversee journal entry preparation, review, and posting for all entities.
Strengthen internal controls and develop repeatable documentation for reconciliations and close procedures.
Collaborate with leadership to streamline financial processes and support growth through reliable reporting.
What You Bring
Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance; CPA preferred.
5+ years of progressive accounting experience, ideally in healthcare or a multi-entity environment.
Advanced proficiency in QuickBooks and Excel; familiarity with EMR and billing systems a plus.
Proven record of accuracy, accountability, and documentation discipline.
Clear communicator who can translate technical accounting into operational understanding.
Why NANA
You’ll join a finance team that values structure, professionalism, and continuous improvement. Our environment rewards curiosity, process discipline, and a deep commitment to both operational integrity and client care.
