Regional Fleet Manager – EMR USA
Join to apply for the Regional Fleet Manager role at EMR USA. We are looking for an experienced leader to oversee our transportation fleet throughout the Gulf South region.

Salary range: $50 – 80k/yr
Key Responsibilities
Manage logistics expenses while identifying and implementing cost‑saving opportunities.
Foster and maintain a positive safety culture, ensuring all operations comply with DOT and EMR safety standards.
Promote excellent customer service across both internal and external stakeholders.
Collaborate cross‑functionally to align with company‑wide goals, policies, and procedures.
Oversee dispatching, routing, and tracking of EMR vehicles and transportation assets.
Develop and maintain maintenance programs for all transportation assets, including vehicles, trailers, and containers.
Monitor and report P&L performance, operational results, and progress on annual initiatives to senior leadership.
Identify and implement process optimizations and technology integrations to enhance performance.
Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations and remain current with evolving regulatory landscapes impacting transportation operations.
Required Skills & Qualifications
Proven track record in P&L management and cost control within logistics or transportation.
Demonstrated success implementing transportation efficiencies and continuous improvement initiatives.
Excellent communication skills with the ability to interact effectively at all organizational levels.
A strategic thinker who also takes a hands‑on approach to management and problem‑solving.
Education & Experience
Bachelor’s degree preferred.
Minimum 5 years of experience in road transport management, including oversight of fleet operations.
Previous experience managing transport teams and assets across multiple sites.
