Kaplan Zeena LLP has an immediate opening for an experienced Litigation Paralegal. The position requires at least 5 years of litigation experience, including reviewing, organizing, summarizing, and maintaining documents, assisting with discovery, preparation and serving subpoenas, and preparing for hearings, depositions, mediations and trials. Familiarity with court rules in both state and federal courts and filing documents using CM/ECF is required. Experience with AIM and/or Eclipse is a plus. Responsibilities

Minimum 5 years of litigation paralegal experience. Strong understanding of state and federal court procedures. Proficiency with CM/ECF and related filing systems. Experience with AIM and/or Eclipse is a plus. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Benefits & Compensation
