Speech?Language Pathologist Holly Heights
Base pay range: $37.00/hr $52.00/hr. Flagship Therapy is seeking a full?time Speech?Language Pathologist to join our in?house team at Holly Heights Care Center in Denver, CO. The role focuses on expanding therapy programming for Abilities Care (cognition), ACP programs, Big and Loud, and wound care. You will have the freedom to create and implement additional programs to best meet the needs of our patients. Responsibilities Provide speech?language pathology services for patients in a long?term care setting. Develop and implement individualized therapy plans. Collaborate with nursing and other therapy teams to ensure integrated care. Participate in leadership opportunities in therapy management, culture, administration, and advanced clinical skill development.
Qualifications
Licensed Speech?Language Pathologist. Current ASHA Certificate of Clinical Competence or qualified for Clinical Fellowship Year. Experience in a post?acute or long?term care environment.
