Who you are: The Event Sales Coordinator plays a key role in the execution of all group and private events, both on and off-premise. Reporting directly to the Director of Sales, the role is a vital support position responsible for ensuring a smooth, professional, and well-coordinated experience for clients, guests, and internal teams. The ideal candidate is detail-driven, proactive, and thrives in a fast-paced, dynamic hospitality environment.

What you’ll do:

Consistently support a culture of Enlightened Hospitality

Play an active role in achieving operational excellence, ensuring clear communication and collaboration across all teams

Prepare and distribute Banquet Event Orders (BEOs), meeting recaps, event collateral, and floor plans to align with client expectations and service plans

Maintain and update event management systems, templates, and digital displays to ensure accurate, real-time event information

Partner with Sales, FOH, and BOH leaders to plan, organize, and execute events that meet guest needs and uphold standards

Manage event reconciliation, including payments, contracts, and point-of-sale records, in alignment with financial and compliance guidelines

Maintain inventory and supplies for event operations, ensuring readiness and efficiency across all materials and equipment

Support the Sales and Leadership teams with administrative and operational initiatives, continuously enhancing communication and workflow

What we need from you:

2+ years of experience in hospitality, catering, or event sales coordination, preferably within restaurant or F&B operations

Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel, and overall computer literacy

Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills, with exceptional attention to detail and follow-through

Ability to balance independent work with strong collaboration across teams

Calm, professional presence under pressure and a strong sense of urgency in meeting deadlines

Flexible schedule with availability to work nights and weekends as needed
