You speak fluent “calendar,” can coordinate a multi‑leg global itinerary in your sleep, and bring poise, warmth, and impeccable judgment to every interaction.
The Role In this highly visible and trusted position, you will partner closely with the Senior Executive Assistant to ensure the seamless operation of the Executive Office. You will manage sophisticated scheduling across multiple time zones, anticipate needs, and ensure every detail reflects the highest standards of discretion and care. You will liaise fluidly with estate teams, vendors, and concierge partners, handle confidential correspondence, and orchestrate meetings, events, and travel with unshakable grace.
Beyond daily logistics, you will play a key role in navigating complex communications, coordinating thoughtful gifting and hospitality efforts, and supporting special requests and projects that demand creativity, resourcefulness, and absolute discretion. Key Qualifications
Proven success in executive or high-level administrative support
Extraordinary organization, attention to detail, and follow-through

Tech‑savvy and adaptable, with strong Microsoft Office Suite proficiency
Flexibility to support occasional after‑hours needs

Salary Range: $110,000 to $120,000 base salary plus bonus, 100% employer‑paid benefits, and generous PTO.
