Manage complex calendars, coordinate meetings, and arrange travel logistics. Prioritize and act on communications from emails, calls, and meetings with discretion. Prepare polished correspondence, reports, and presentations. Conduct research and provide administrative and logistical support for ongoing projects. Ad-hoc requests as needed. Qualifications
8+ years of experience as an Executive Assistant, Chief of Staff, or similar role. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint). Exceptional organization, communication, and problem-solving skills. Ability to thrive in a dynamic, entrepreneurial environment. High level of discretion and professionalism when managing confidential information. Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience. Compensation : Competitive and commensurate with experience, benefits package. Location : Westside of Los Angeles. Office-based role with some flexibility.
