You will support projects and leaders across our COO organization (Finance, IT, Commercial Operations) with particular attention to Global Operations. Your location will be our manufacturing facility in North Phoenix, about a 15‑minute drive from our Headquarters office. Location & Reporting Onsite, 5 days/week in Phoenix, AZ.
Reports to: Senior Manager, People Operations.
What You’ll Do
Support leaders and projects in execution of global People Operations programs and initiatives.
Provide front‑line support to managers and leaders in onboarding, offboarding, employee relations, and special initiatives.
Complete project‑specific tasks across the COO organization (e.g., organizational health reports, after‑action reviews, executive review background materials, ad hoc compensation analyses).
Partner with HR specialists and business stakeholders to build and refine on‑site support models for Global Operations manufacturing sites.
Act as a superuser for HR and compliance systems and steward of employee data; generate reports with a high level of data integrity.
Provide insights and ideas to automate and continuously improve HR processes to enhance the employee experience.
Support conflict resolution, employee counseling, and conduct exit interviews as needed.
Understand and support compliance, legal, guidelines and policies.
What You Bring
Ability to read, write and communicate fluently in English and Spanish (required).
2+ years of experience in Human Resources or People Operations, preferably in a manufacturing or warehouse environment.
Strong analytics skills; advanced Excel and WorkDay experience is a plus.
Understanding of HR best practices, labor laws, compliance regulations, and licensing/filing with state governing bodies.
Strong organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills.
Detail oriented, self‑starter, able to handle multiple tasks and projects.
