Position Summary Talking Stick Golf Club is seeking reliable, energetic, and guest-focused Banquet Servers to join our events team. As a Banquet Server, you’ll help execute a variety of special events—ranging from golf tournaments and weddings to corporate functions—ensuring top-tier service and smooth, memorable experiences for our guests.

The ideal candidate is professional, detail-oriented, and thrives in a fast-paced, team-driven environment. Flexibility, a positive attitude, and a strong work ethic are essential.

Key Responsibilities

Set up banquet rooms and event spaces according to floor plans and event details

Greet and serve guests in a friendly, attentive, and professional manner

Deliver food and beverages promptly and accurately during plated and buffet-style events

Clear tables, refresh water and beverages, and maintain a tidy event space throughout service

Assist with event breakdown and resetting for the next function

Work closely with kitchen staff and banquet captains to ensure seamless service

Follow event timelines and instructions with attention to detail

Maintain high standards of cleanliness, sanitation, and presentation

Ensure all alcohol service complies with state and club policies

Qualifications

Previous banquet or restaurant serving experience preferred

Strong communication and teamwork skills

Excellent guest service and time management abilities

Comfortable lifting up to 40 lbs and standing/walking for extended periods

Must be 18+ with a current Arizona Food Handler’s Card and Title 4 Certification (or ability to obtain)

Flexible availability including nights, weekends, and holidays

Professional appearance and demeanor
