What You Will Do In this role, you will help our customers complete their taxes using Intuit TurboTax products. Provide tax advice, full-service return preparation, tax calculations, and manage product/software inquiries to support our goal of “Powering Prosperity Around the World.”
Utilize government websites, professional resources, and team expertise to find and deliver the right answer to each customer using everyday language.
Interact with customers via our state-of-the-art video communication software, documenting interactions to maintain accurate records.
Who You Are
Minimum 2 years paid experience filing 30 or more federal and state individual 1040 tax returns using commercial tax preparation software.
Active, unrestricted credential: EA, CPA, or Practicing Attorney with extensive tax preparation experience and active PTIN.
Bilingual (English/Spanish) communication skills (written & spoken).
Passionate about helping clients navigate taxation complexities and committed to enhancing our brand by delighting customers.
Excellent customer service skills and excited to interact via video and audio tools professionally, friendly, and confidently.
What You Need
Internet connection that meets Intuit security criteria.
Availability to work minimum 20 hours per week, spread over at least three days.
Compensation Competitive compensation based on job-related knowledge, skills, experience, and work location. Expected base pay range varies by region (Bay Area California $28.80–$36.50; Southern California $28.80–$36.50; Colorado $27.50–$34.80; Hawaii $28.80–$36.50; Illinois $27.50–$34.80; Maryland $27.50–$34.80; Massachusetts $28.80–$36.50; Minnesota $24.80–$30.30; New Jersey $28.80–$36.50; New York $28.80–$36.50; Ohio $24.80–$30.30; Vermont $27.50–$34.80; Washington $28.80–$36.50; Washington DC $28.80–$36.50). This position is eligible for cash bonus, equity rewards, and benefits.
