You’ll guide them through their publishing journey, helping them hit milestones, launch with excellence, and build momentum for years to come. What You’ll Do

Coach authors to success: Provide exceptional, high‑quality coaching that helps authors achieve their goals and hit 10+ success checkpoints per month.

Host launch calls (8+ per month): Guide authors through best‑in‑class book launches that drive visibility, impact, and profit.

Be the bridge to results: Collaborate closely with our Coaching, Author Success, and Community teams to help authors publish, get noticed, and stay profitable.

Continuously improve: Recommend curriculum updates, enhance our coaching program, and identify standout author stories to feature each quarter.

Champion renewals: Help authors see such incredible results that they can’t wait to keep working with us.

What You Bring

2+ years of coaching and/or strategic business or consulting experience

Strong facilitation and communication skills

Tech‑savvy and comfortable navigating multiple systems

Bonus Points If You Have

A background in business, consulting, or sales

Experience as a published author (or the dream to become one!)

Location & Hours This is a

full‑time, in‑office role (40 hours/week)

based at our

Austin, TX

headquarters.
