Overview
The Hughes Group is seeking an experienced Contract Attorney to assist with a growing family law caseload.
The Perfect Candidate Will
Work independently with guidance from the senior attorney.
Take the lead on cases while maintaining collaboration and communication.
Represent clients in court, mediations, and depositions.
Draft pleadings, motions, discovery responses, and conduct legal research.
Basic Qualifications
Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school.
Active Georgia Bar license.
Proven experience in legal drafting and research with a strong understanding of various areas of law.
Preferred Qualifications
10+ years of family law and litigation experience.
