Director of Acquisitions | Talent, M&A, Special Projects This isn’t another faceless corporate operations role. This is a call for the operational backbone of a respected, independent wealth management firm that has served Central Wisconsin for over two decades. For the professional who finds deep satisfaction in flawless execution, who knows that a single misplaced decimal can impact a family’s retirement, and who believes that elite client service is built on a foundation of 100% accuracy.

At Elite Retirement Group, we don’t have corporate product agendas. We have a fiduciary duty to nearly 1,000 local households who trust us with their financial future. Your role is the critical link that ensures that trust is honored from day one. You are the architect of a seamless client experience, the guardian of operational integrity, and the reason our advisors can focus on what they do best. If you are tired of being a number and are ready to be essential, this is your opportunity.

What You Will Do: Key Outcomes

Master the Onboarding Engine:

You will own the end-to-end new client setup process, from processing initial paperwork to coordinating complex asset transfers (ACATs, rollovers) and establishing accounts with zero-defect accuracy. Your precision ensures every new relationship starts with confidence and security.

Deliver Elite Client Service:

Serve as a primary point of contact for our valued retiree clients, handling service requests like distributions, beneficiary updates, and account maintenance with the professionalism, empathy, and clarity they deserve.

Ensure Flawless Account Integrity:

Open and configure all new investment and insurance accounts across our custodian (e.g., Schwab, Fidelity) and internal platforms (CRM, portfolio management), guaranteeing that fee billing, reporting, and compliance are perfect from the start.

Drive Operational Excellence:

Maintain pristine, audit-ready client records and proactively identify opportunities to improve our workflows, making our entire firm more efficient and effective in its mission to serve clients.

What You Will Bring: Core Requirements

This role is built for a detail-obsessed operations professional. The non-negotiable requirement is a proven history of meticulous accuracy in a process-driven environment.

Required:

2+ years of experience in an operations, client service, or administrative role within a financial services environment (RIA, broker-dealer, bank, or insurance firm).

Required:

A demonstrated track record of exceptional attention to detail and organizational skills, with the ability to manage a high volume of concurrent tasks without sacrificing quality.

Required:

Strong client communication skills and a genuine desire to serve a retiree client base with patience and professionalism.

Required:

Proficiency and comfort with technology, including the ability to quickly learn and master CRM, custodian, and portfolio management software.

Preferred:

Direct experience with RIA custodian platforms (e.g., Charles Schwab, Fidelity), CRM software (e.g., Redtail, Wealthbox), and portfolio management systems (e.g., Orion).

Preferred:

Working knowledge of investment account types (IRAs, Trusts, etc.) and asset transfer processes.

Compensation and Benefits

We are committed to compensating elite operational talent competitively.

Annual Base Salary:

$45,000–$65,000, commensurate with your experience, systems proficiency, and track record of success in similar roles.

Benefits:

Paid holidays, paid time off, access to a primary care health subscription service, and professional development opportunities to master the leading technology platforms in the wealth management industry.
