BASE SALARY $80,000 to $100,000 per year.

MUST HAVE

Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal, to effectively communicate complex information to technical and non‑technical stakeholders.

Proven track record in day‑to‑day client management, managing multiple accounts concurrently with unwavering attention to detail.

Strong negotiating and leveraging data abilities to showcase performance in a way that aids business outcomes and growth.

Strong analytical skills, with the ability to decipher data and translate insights into actionable recommendations.

Ability to build and nurture client relationships while proactively identifying growth opportunities.

EXPERIENCE 2+ years of digital marketing or affiliate marketing experience with a focus on performance marketing and client relationship management.

YOUR ROLE Manage and grow client relationships by executing data‑driven performance marketing strategies that exceed customer acquisition goals while ensuring seamless cross‑functional collaboration.

OUTCOMES (Performance Expectations)

Act as the primary point of contact for clients.

Proactively identify and execute opportunities to scale client accounts, consistently achieving or exceeding profitability targets within the first 6 months.

Own the onboarding experience to decrease time‑to‑launch.

Manage day‑to‑day execution of campaigns, ensuring deliverables are completed on time and aligned with client KPIs.

Provide daily, weekly, and monthly campaign updates with clear insights tailored to both technical and non‑technical audiences.

Analyze performance data to optimize strategy in real time, driving better outcomes across client portfolios.

Develop and maintain strong business relationships; showcase interpersonal skills.

Stay ahead of digital marketing trends, with understanding of affiliate marketing, user acquisition strategies, and familiarity with platforms such as Everflow, Tune, HasOffers, Looker.

Total Compensation Base salary per Launch Potato’s Levels Framework, plus profit‑sharing bonus and competitive benefits. Future increases are based on performance.
