Summary
The
Revenue Audit Manager
is responsible for overseeing revenue audit team members and ensuring accurate data. They recommend and implement procedural changes to improve audit quality and efficiency.
Essential Duties & Responsibilities
Ensures department compliance and reports potential issues.
Develops revenue audit checklists addressing internal control and compliance requirements.
Evaluates audit procedures and recommends improvements.
Implements new processes based on internal or external requirement changes.
Identifies and develops measurable goals for the department and team members.
Reviews audit work and end‑of‑month reports for accuracy and compliance.
Interviews, hires, and performs annual reviews for Revenue Audit team members.
Assists in coordinating internal and external audit requests under Controller direction.
Oversees team member training and development; approves work schedules, salary adjustments, and staffing needs.
Represents the department at internal and external meetings and events.
Maintains strict confidentiality of departmental and company matters.
May be required to work holidays, weekends, and evenings to meet deadlines.
Performs other duties as assigned.

Creates an atmosphere of fun for all casino guests.
Encourages mutual respect, dignity, and integrity among employees, setting positive examples at all times.
Instills an atmosphere that encourages employees to share ideas, discuss concerns, and resolve conflicts.
Retains employees through involvement in employee training and development.
Explains why processes are performed in advance of execution.
Supervisory Responsibilities
Schedules, appraises employee performance, issues disciplinary action in concurrence with the Controller and resolves disputes.
Recommends performance standards, policy and procedure changes, promotions, demotions, transfers, hiring and terminations to the Controller.
May be assigned further supervisory authority as directed by the Controller.
Minimum Qualifications
Gaming industry experience preferred.
Proficient in Microsoft Office applications with an emphasis on Access, Excel, and Word.
Excellent communication skills and effective public speaking skills.
Excellent knowledge of generally accepted accounting principles, tax rules and policies.
Ability to maintain concentration for extended periods and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
Proficient in computer usage.
Ability to obtain and maintain a Sac and Fox Nation Gaming License.
Education / Experience
High school diploma or GED required.
Some college courses in Accounting, Finance or related area preferred.
Experience in Revenue Audit preferred.
Familiar with accounting, management and office software systems.
Excellent communication skills.
