Job Summary
Candidate will oversee the daily auditing of gaming and non-gaming revenue audit. Must be familiar with a variety of accounting concepts, practices, and procedures and is responsible for reviewing department operating documents to ensure adherence to policies and procedures.

Responsible for all accounting and comparison of operational data.
Knowledgeable in a variety of accounting concepts, practices, and procedures.
Responsible for tracking, analyzing, reporting and improving all aspects of operations.
Ensure all daily audits including slot, table games, sports wagering, cage, complimentary services/items, and food & beverage, and others are completed daily by the revenue audit team.
Other duties as assigned.
Required Skills and Abilities

Education & Experience
Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting required. Minimum of five years accounting experience. Great Plains experience a plus. Casino accounting experience preferred.
Computer Skills
Must possess intermediate PC skills. Microsoft Office experience required.
Certificates and Licenses
Must obtain and maintain appropriate licensing from the Indiana Gaming Commission.
Supervisory Responsibilities
Candidate will oversee the daily auditing of gaming and non-gaming revenue audit.
Physical Requirements & Working Conditions
The work environment characteristics described here are representative of those an associate encounters while performing the essential functions of this job. The noise level is moderate. Candidate will potentially be exposed to smoke when on the casino floor. Candidate must be able to work in an ever changing environment.
Employee is required to lift and carry up to 40 lbs. The employee will be required to sit for extended periods of time. Employee must be able to talk and hear in order to ensure proper communication. This job requires strong vision skills, including close vision, peripheral vision and ability to adjust focus.
