A leading cosmetics brand is seeking a
Customer Experience & Education Assistant
to join their dynamic and creative team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in
makeup artistry, content creation, and on-set production , and will thrive in fast-paced, collaborative environments. This role requires someone who can bring beauty trends to life through engaging visual storytelling and polished presentations. Strong PowerPoint and organizational skills are essential, as you’ll also support internal and external presentations for campaigns and product launches. Key Responsibilities
Collaborate with marketing and product development teams to
conceptualize, shoot, and edit beauty-focused content
across platforms including Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, and Reels. Assist in the
planning and execution of on-set production , including setup, product preparation, scheduling, and coordination. Create and manage
PowerPoint presentations and pitch decks
to support campaign planning, product launches, and strategic meetings. Stay informed on
emerging beauty, skincare, and social media trends
to continuously bring fresh and relevant ideas. Maintain the organization and cleanliness of makeup kits, props, and set materials. Requirements
Background in
makeup artistry
(portfolio or social media presence is a plus). Strong understanding of
social media platforms
and current beauty trends. Experience in
on-set production , ideally within beauty, fashion, or lifestyle industries. Proficiency in
Microsoft PowerPoint , Microsoft Office, and Google Suite. Highly organized with the ability to multitask, meet deadlines, and adapt to changing priorities. Deep knowledge of
beauty influencers, industry trends, and events . Proactive, detail-oriented, and able to thrive in a fast-paced environment. Pay Rate:
$22.37/hr Assignment Period:
November 6, 2025 – November 6, 2027 Work Type:
