**Job Title: Customer Experience & Education Consultant ** Job Duration: 24 Months Contract – W2 Job Location:NYX HQ, 2201 East El Segundo Blvd, El Segundo, CA 90245 (Hybrid) Note: WFH 2 days morning start flex on time **Description:About the Role We’re looking for a dynamic, creative, and organized individual with a strong background in makeup artistry, content creation, and on-set production. This role requires someone who thrives in fast-paced production environments and knows how to translate beauty trends into compelling visual content. Strong PowerPoint and organizational skills are a must, as you’ll also be helping build presentations and pitch decks for internal and external use. Responsibilities:** Collaborate with the marketing teams and Product Development to conceptualize, shoot, and edit beauty-focused content (IG, TikTok, YouTube, Reels). Assist in the planning and execution of on-set production (setup, product prep, scheduling, coordination). Create and manage presentations using PowerPoint to support campaign planning, product launches, and strategy meetings. Stay on top of emerging trends in beauty, skincare, and social media — and bring fresh ideas to the table. Maintain cleanliness and organization of makeup kits, props, and set materials. Requirements: Experience in makeup artistry (portfolio or IG/TikTok presence is a plus). Strong skills in social media and current trends. Experience in on-set production, preferably in beauty, fashion, or lifestyle. Proficiency in Microsoft PowerPoint and other Microsoft Office/Google Suite tools. Highly organized with an ability to multitask and manage tight deadlines. Deep knowledge of current beauty trends, influencers, and events.
