Base pay range $25.00/yr - $30.00/yr

We offer a competitive hourly rate, training on the job, a flexible schedule, and incentive programs.

The Position New Coaches can work 5-25 classes a week, earn $25 per hour, and can earn up to $30 per hour. Our programs come with ready‑made curriculums and extensive training to help you get up to speed quickly and enjoy working with the kids!

Use individual attention to ensure every child has success.

Use a non‑competitive approach so classes are fun and we create a stress‑free environment.

Use positive reinforcement to encourage children to do better and celebrate success.

Coach continuously, attend monthly/week/season trainings, and follow the Amazing Athletes Coaching Manual & Curriculum.

The Schedule The majority of classes are held during the morning and early afternoon hours as well as weekends. The ideal candidate would have availability on some of the days and times listed below:

Monday‑Friday: 8:00 am‑12:00 pm & 2:00‑5:00 pm.

Weekends: 8:00 am‑1:00 pm.

The Location Classes are held across pre‑schools, day‑care centers, parks, recreational centers, and elementary schools. Coaches are expected to travel up to an hour to get to a class location.

Requirements Complete a minimum of 12 semester units of coursework in early childhood education or child development (excluding field work), including at least one course of at least three semester units in each of the following core areas:

Child/human growth and development (ECE 100).

Child, family, and community, or child and family relations (ECE 200).

Programs/curriculum (ECE 400).

Principles and Practices (ECE 600).
