Base pay range $225,000.00/yr – $243,000.00/yr

What You'll Achieve With Us
Deliver significant, high‑impact contributions to client‑facing products.
Introduce abstractions and systems that improve team velocity.
Raise engineering quality standards through code reviews and best‑practice enforcement.
Mentor teammates and grow them into architects and senior engineers.
Partner closely with product, design, and client stakeholders to define feature scope and priorities.
Requirements
Excellent collaboration skills across engineering, design, and product.
Constructive, in‑the‑moment feedback culture; openness to receive feedback.
Ability to work in‑person at our Redwood City office at least a couple of days per week.
3+ years of professional software engineering experience.
Proficiency in TypeScript and React with a track record of production‑ready code.
Icing on the Cake
Fast‑paced startup experience.
Familiarity with construction or building‑materials domain.
Interview Process
Intro Call (15 min) – alignment of expectations.
Technical Screen (30 min) – coding challenge with an engineer.
System Design Screen (45 min) – architecture of a scoped problem.
Onsite in Redwood City (~5 hrs):
Walk (45 min) – business and culture intro.
System Design (1 hr) – deep dive into a past system.
Lunch (45 min) – team bonding.
Product Collaboration (1 hr) – PRD discussion.
Culture (30 min) – fit and values.
Coding (1 hr) – algorithm challenges.
Tech Trivia (30 min) – practical debugging.
