Overview
We are seeking a Travel Podiatrist to provide care at skilled nursing facilities across multiple states. Ideal candidates may already hold several state licensures and we cover the cost of additional licenses. Travel expenses are reimbursed. The position offers part‑time or full‑time travel work with flexible scheduling.
Responsibilities
Provide podiatric care to residents in nursing facilities.
Enter chart notes, billing codes, and other documentation on site.
Travel to assigned territories, staying within an up to 2‑hour driving radius.
Work independently on a daily basis; no on‑call duties.
Other duties as assigned by the clinical operations team.
Qualifications
Graduation from an accredited School of Podiatric Medicine
Completion of a one‑year podiatric residency program
Current state professional license in the state of practice
Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record
Strong written, verbal, interpersonal, and organizational skills
Ability to use email and learn NextGen EMR
Ability to work independently each day
Compensation
Production‑based model with guaranteed minimum per‑day rate
Mileage reimbursement at $0.50 per mile to/from facility, plus overnight hotel, daily food allowance per company expense policy when overnight travel is required
