Responsibilities
Overall clinical management of the center, ensuring quality of care and customer service.
Ensure resident/patient care and compliance with state and federal survey requirements.
Maintain positive employee relations and implement effective clinical plans and core clinical programs.
Represent the center clinically in the community and serve as the clinical representative.
Conduct daily rounds of the entire center premises to ensure compliance with policies and regulations.
Qualifications
Current State Registered Nurse (RN) license in good standing.
Demonstrated nursing management experience in a long‑term care setting.
