We are seeking a Senior Technical consultant with focus on coding and deep technical work to support new Oracle HCM implementations. The candidate must hold at least ten years of experience as a systems analyst/developer, with minimum three years explicitly supporting Oracle HCM modules (Core HR, Compensation, Payroll, Talent Acquisition, Talent Management, Benefits, Retirement). Responsibilities
Develop Business Requirement Documents (BRDs) for interfaces, reports, data conversions, and application extensions for Oracle Cloud HCM. Design and document RICEW objects (Reports, Interfaces, Conversions, Extensions, Workflows) and prepare the solution blueprint. Articulate product features and conduct technical training for business teams. Implement data conversions and integrations using Oracle HCM Cloud tools, including OIC, BI Publisher, HCM Extracts, HDL, UCM, and MFT. Design, develop, and implement Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC) inbound and outbound integrations. Create OTBI and BIP reports and support custom roles. Provide support for Oracle HCM Cloud releases, new features, and best practices. Lead on‑premise to Fusion HCM conversion projects, ensuring smooth data migrations. Manage HDL for data conversions and support integration efforts through HCM base tables. Offer post‑go‑live support, troubleshoot, and end‑user assistance. Lead testing, training, and documentation of technical components. Qualifications
Minimum 10 years’ experience as a systems analyst/developer. At least 3 years specifically supporting Oracle HCM modules. Hands‑on experience with Oracle HCM Cloud technical components: data loading, integrations, extensions, OTBI/BIP, PL/SQL, SQL, XML, JavaScript. Proficiency in Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC) and experience building OTBI/BIP reports. Knowledge of SFTP, SaaS updates, and Oracle Graphical Language (OGL). Strong communication skills and ability to train/mentee teams. Strong troubleshooting and problem‑solving skills. Bachelor’s degree required. Oracle HCM Cloud Certification preferred. Preferred Qualifications
Over 8 years tech‑functional experience in at least two full‑cycle Oracle Cloud HCM projects. Experience with multiple HCM components and Oracle HCM solutions.
