Responsibilities

Maximize customer satisfaction while ensuring the safe delivery of Atlantic Aviation's products and services.

Lead and develop employees to perform to the highest standards.

Manage a cross‑functional team that includes operations, customer service, sales, and local accounting; motivate each department to outperform their respective targets and benchmarks.

Ensure compliance with all rules, regulations, and policies issued by local, state, and federal authorities.

Oversee all business functions of the FBO, including proper delivery of services, condition of the physical plant, staffing, equipment, and maintenance. Maintain existing business and develop new business by monitoring margins, negotiating fuel and/or hangar agreements, and resolving customer issues.

Act as the direct liaison with the managing entity of the home airport.

Provide financial oversight of the facility, including budgeting and forecasting.

Perform all other duties as required and assigned.

Required Skills and Qualifications

Prefer Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or related field of study.

5–8 years of specialized general aviation experience (airline or other aviation experience considered).

Previous aviation/FBO management experience is a must.

Demonstrated financial, administrative, and management capabilities.

Demonstrated track record of excellence.

A passion for excellence and ethical behavior.

Strong problem‑solving skills.

Excellent interpersonal skills, both written and oral.

Flexible work schedule, including overtime, nights, weekends, holidays, and being on call.

Valid driver’s license and meet company insurability requirements.

Be able to pass a one‑year background check.
