The Role: Contract Recruiter (3-Month Term, immediate start preferred) SuperOrdinary is seeking an experienced Contract Recruiter to join our HR team for a 3‑month engagement. This high‑impact role focuses on sourcing, interviewing, and hiring critical talent for our TikTok and Fanfix business units. Qualifications include a strong background recruiting for e‑commerce, marketing, social media, or the creator economy space. This role is hybrid, in our Beverly Hills office 4 days per week. Responsibilities: Sourcing & Strategy: Develop and execute sharp, effective sourcing strategies to identify and engage high‑quality candidates, focusing on quick placement and efficiency. Full‑Cycle Recruiting: Own the entire recruitment pipeline, including intake meetings with hiring managers, robust candidate screening, presenting top candidates, coordinating hiring manager interviews, and managing the offer process. Talent Specialization: Recruit for key business areas, including Social Media, Creator Economy, E‑commerce, Content Production, and Live Streaming. Efficiency & Partnership: Act as a results‑oriented talent acquisition partner, providing market data to hiring managers and driving an accelerated, high‑quality hiring process to meet urgent business needs. What You’ll Bring: Experience: 3+ years of full‑cycle recruiting experience in a high‑volume, fast‑paced setting, preferably within e‑commerce, tech, media, or agency sectors. Domain Expertise: Direct experience hiring for positions related to social media, content production, and e‑commerce. Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to build rapport quickly and negotiate effectively. Work Style: Proactive, highly organized, and detail‑oriented, capable of managing a heavy requisition load and meeting aggressive hiring timelines. Tools: Proficiency with modern Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and professional sourcing tools (e.g., LinkedIn Recruiter).
