Starting Pay $19.95 per hour plus uncapped sales & repair incentive potential.
Key Incentive Average incentive potential of $554/month, with unlimited earning potential.

Responsibilities
Back‑of‑house duties:
Repair devices (phones, tablets, laptops)
Diagnose tech issues and perform quality tests
Front‑of‑house duties:
Provide excellent customer service and product sales using the Serve, Solve, and Sell method
Offer tailored repair and subscription coverage solutions
Supervise, train, and coach tech experts
Act as store manager when needed
Maintain service‑level agreements (SLAs) for turnaround time (TAT) and end‑of‑day (EOD) work order completion
Oversee buybacks, return material authorizations (RMAs), and inventory management
Implement new processes and safety standards, ensuring PPE supplies are managed
Qualifications
1+ years of customer service/retail sales experience
6+ months of experience with product support and technology repair
1+ years of retail supervisory experience (preferred)
High school diploma or GED (preferred)
Experience with inventory supervision and live inventory management
Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel
Strong verbal and written communication skills
Motivation to meet and exceed performance goals
Technical, problem‑solving, and organizational talents
Ability to work flexible retail hours, including weekends and holidays
Reliability and flexibility in challenging situations
Adaptability in a fast‑changing environment
