Role Overview: We are seeking a seasoned SAP BASIS and SLT Administrator with over a decade of hands?on experience in managing complex SAP landscapes, including SAP S4HANA migrations, SLT replication setups, and BASIS administration. The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring high availability, performance, and security of SAP systems across development, QA, and production environments.
Key Responsibilities
Perform system installations, upgrades, and patching for SAP NetWeaver and S4HANA systems.
Manage transport management systems (TMS), client copies, and system refreshes.
Monitor and optimize system performance, memory, and database usage.
Handle user administration, roles, and authorizations.
Perform regular system health checks and implement proactive measures.
Lead and support S4HANA conversion and greenfield implementation projects.
Manage HANA database administration, backup/recovery, and performance tuning.
Collaborate with functional teams to ensure smooth integration and data consistency.
Configure and manage SAP Landscape Transformation (SLT) replication servers.
Monitor real?time data replication from SAP and non?SAP sources to HANA.
Troubleshoot replication issues and optimize SLT performance.
Work closely with BI/Analytics teams for data provisioning.
Required Skills & Qualifications
Bachelors or Masters degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field. 10 years of experience in SAP BASIS administration. 5 years of experience in SAP S/4HANA and SLT configuration. Strong knowledge of SAP system architecture, kernel upgrades, and OSS note implementation. Experience with cloud?hosted SAP environments (AWS, Azure, Google Cloud Platform). Excellent troubleshooting and documentation skills.

SAP Certified Technology Associate System Administration SAP S/4HANA SAP Certified Application Associate SAP Landscape Transformation Replication Server
