About The Role As our

F&B Supervisor , you’ll take charge of the day-to-day operation of our Café and/or Bar, ensuring every guest enjoys top-notch service, delicious food, and a clean, fun environment. You’ll train and motivate your team, oversee food safety and inventory, and help drive sales—all while keeping the LEGO® spirit alive!

You’ll also take on

Manager-on-Duty

shifts, leading the entire attraction to ensure a seamless guest experience across all departments.

Qualifications & Experience What You’ll Be Doing

Lead operations of our café or bar — serving up burgers, pizza, Starbucks® coffee, snacks, ice cream, and more!

Manage inventory & suppliers, controlling costs and reducing waste.

Oversee food safety & cleanliness, ensuring all standards, logs, and audits are completed and compliant.

Train and inspire your team to be “guest obsessed” and deliver world‑class service every day.

Drive sales & KPIs — helping us meet (and exceed!) spend‑per‑head targets.

Develop schedules, forecast staffing needs, and manage daily operations efficiently.

Create team engagement programs, using recognition and incentives to keep morale high.

Collaborate cross‑departmentally, ensuring smooth guest flow and resolving issues in real time.

) What You Bring

High school diploma or equivalent required; Bachelor’s degree preferred.

2+ years of experience in food & beverage or hospitality leadership (restaurant, café, or attraction setting).

Strong leadership and communication skills — you love developing teams and delighting guests.

Familiarity with POS systems, inventory controls, and sales auditing.

✅ Food safety certification (or ability to obtain within 30 days of hire).

Flexible and adaptable in a fast‑paced, ever‑changing environment.

Schedule & Working Conditions

Must be willing to work flexible hours, including mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays.

Ability to stand, walk, bend, lift (up to 70 lbs), and navigate the attraction throughout your shift.

Work may occur in varying indoor/outdoor temperatures and sound levels.
