Role Description
This is a hybrid role for a Real Estate Agent based in Chicago, IL, with some work-from-home flexibility. As a Real Estate Agent, you will be responsible for assisting clients in buying, selling, and renting properties. Day-to-day tasks include meeting with clients, showing properties, negotiating deals, conducting market research, and providing excellent customer service. You will also be expected to maintain a thorough knowledge of real estate laws, regulations, and market conditions.
Qualifications
Strong skills in Customer Service, Sales, and Real Estate
Knowledge and experience in Real Property transactions
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to work independently and in a team environment
Proficiency in technology and real estate software is a plus
Previous experience in the Chicago real estate market is advantageous
