Walmart is seeking a creative and strategic Digital Marketing Manager at Walton Family Whole Health & Fitness to elevate our Whole Health initiatives across digital platforms, inspiring associates to connect, participate, and thrive at our new Home Office in Bentonville, Arkansas.
What you’ll do
Lead Social Media Strategy:
Own and execute the day-to-day management and long-term content strategy for Walton Family Whole Health & Fitness’s presence on social media channels, building a strong community around whole health and workplace amenities at the new Home Office.
Drive Digital Engagement:
Design and curate dynamic digital signage content for playlists across Whole Health facilities and collaborating across marketing teams to amplify messaging on campus screens.
Member Voice Advocate:
Monitor and update all communication channels, ensuring timely responses and up-to-date information.
Build Online Community:
Engage with associates and members, fostering a vibrant, supportive, and informative digital community centered around workplace wellness and amenities.
Amplify Whole Health Initiatives:
Elevate key whole health messages and special events to wider audiences by partnering with campus communications teams, ensuring maximum reach and engagement. Collaborate with internal teams and external partners to source, create and share compelling content—including updates, wellness tips, event highlights, and video features.
Website Operations:
Maintain and update the Walton Family Whole Health & Fitness pages on our OneWalmart website, ensuring fresh, relevant, and engaging content.
Brand Champion:
Develop eye-catching content that supports special initiatives and campaigns and ensure it aligns with facility and Walmart branding and strategic objectives.
What you’ll bring
Proven experience managing social media channels for an organization or brand
Strong communication skills with a knack for building online engagement and digital storytelling
Experience in digital marketing, content creation, and communications
Ability to analyze metrics and optimize strategy for maximum impact
Collaborative spirit and ability to partner with cross-functional teams
Passion for whole health, associate experience, and making a difference
Minimum Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or related field and 2 years’ experience in marketing or related field OR 4 years’ experience in marketing or related field.
Preferred Qualifications
Digital marketing (for example, affiliate marketing, display advertising) experience
Working with a cross-functional team
