Corporate Paralegal / Legal Administrator
Location:
New York City (Hybrid, 3–4 days in office per week) Compensation:
$80,000–$100,000 plus comprehensive benefits
The Role Our client is seeking a highly organized and proactive
Corporate Paralegal / Legal Administrator
to support a broad range of corporate legal functions, including contract management, governance, compliance, and entity administration. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, adaptable, and skilled at managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities Manage the full contract lifecycle—from intake and routing to execution and tracking—for vendor, service, sponsorship, marketing, and venue agreements.
Maintain contract templates, clause libraries, and a central repository; track renewals and key obligations.
Support corporate governance by preparing meeting materials, resolutions, and organizational documents.
Handle entity management, including corporate records, formations, annual filings, and registrations.
Coordinate KYC/AML documentation, certificates, and other regulatory and insurance requests.
Assist with subpoenas, records requests, and litigation-related document collection and tracking.
Collaborate cross-functionally with finance, HR, IT, and operations teams on legal and compliance matters.
Support process improvements, document management, and administrative functions of the Legal Department.
Qualifications Bachelor’s degree and/or Paralegal Certificate preferred; equivalent experience considered.
3–7 years of corporate paralegal or legal administrative experience, ideally in-house or at a law firm.
Experience in the Hospitality or Entertainment industry preferred
Strong understanding of corporate law, governance, and contract administration.
Excellent attention to detail, organization, and communication skills.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office and familiarity with CLM systems, e-signature, and e-billing tools.
High integrity and discretion in handling confidential matters.
