Job Summary PK Companies Group, LLC is seeking a motivated and detail-oriented FP&A Analyst to support our growing financial operations. This role is key to delivering strategic insights, forecasting business performance, and supporting data-driven decision‑making across the company. The ideal candidate will bring strong analytical skills, financial modeling experience, and a collaborative mindset.
Key Responsibilities
Support the annual budgeting and forecasting processes, including consolidation of business unit inputs and variance analysis.
Assist in preparing monthly and quarterly financial performance reports with insightful commentary on variances to budget, forecast, and prior periods.
Develop and maintain financial models to support strategic planning, scenario analysis, and business case evaluations.
Prepare & develop Investor and Board of Directors presentations, including quarterly business & sales presentations.
Partner with business units to provide financial insights and assist in operational planning and strategy.
Identify trends, risks, and opportunities to influence business decisions.
Provide ad hoc financial analysis and reporting to senior management.
Support the implementation and optimization of FP&A tools and systems (e.g., ERP, BI, AI tools).
Assist in tracking key performance indicators (KPIs) and prepare dashboard reporting.
Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field; MBA or CPA preferred.
3–5 years of experience in FP&A, corporate finance, or financial analysis.
Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel and financial modeling.
Experience with financial software such as Microsoft Business Central and Power BI is a plus.
Excellent analytical, problem‑solving, and communication skills.
Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast‑paced environment.
Strong attention to detail and a proactive approach to process improvement.
