Responsibilities
Handles all incoming dealership calls.
Manages service appointments for three dealerships
Informs guest on what service work should be completed per manufacturer requirements when setting up appointment.
Makes calls out for declined services or recommended services.
Other duties as assigned.
Qualifications
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Proficient with Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook.
Time management, prioritization skills, and ability to multitask required.
Ambitious, goal‑oriented mentality and eager to improve.
