Compensation: $82,000 - $96,000 / year
Description Unmatched Comp Time Policy: Hours worked over 40 in a week can be reimbursed as additional pay at an equivalent hourly rate or banked as additional PTO.

As a Traffic Engineer - EIT or PE, you will be responsible for a variety of projects, taking ownership from start to finish.
Responsibilities, Expectations, and Duties:
Produce project deliverables including technical memoranda, design plans and specifications, and technical reports
Design signing and striping improvements for urban streets, rural highways, and interstates.
Design traffic signal and lighting systems.
Develop maintenance of traffic and traffic control plans
Conduct traffic analysis
Prepare supporting calculations, construction specifications, and permitting in various jurisdictions
Maintain effective communications with clients and project teams
Qualifications, Skills, and Competencies:
Interest in both Traffic Analysis and Traffic Design
Must be able to work effectively as a team leader in a group environment and maintain positive relationships with team members and clients
Organized and detail-oriented with excellent interpersonal skills
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, BlueBeam ReVu
Experience in AutoCAD and/or Bentley OpenRoads Designer
Undergraduate or graduate degree in civil engineering
0 to 6 years of experience, EIT (passing FE exam required) or P.E.
