Recruiter

We are seeking an ambitious and motivated Recruiter to join our growing team. This role is ideal for someone with 0–2 years of experience who is eager to build a career in recruitment and learn how to manage both contract and direct hire staffing needs across a variety of industries.

Key Responsibilities

• Partner with hiring managers and account teams to understand client requirements and role expectations.
• Source and identify qualified candidates through job boards, LinkedIn, referrals, and internal databases.
• Manage the full recruitment life cycle — from sourcing and screening to interview coordination and offer negotiation.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with active and passive candidates.
• Support contract and direct hire recruitment needs across multiple disciplines.
• Prepare and present candidate summaries and profiles to clients.
• Maintain accurate records within the applicant tracking system (ATS) and ensure compliance with internal processes.
• Contribute to a positive team environment through collaboration, communication, and shared success.

Qualifications

• 0–2 years of recruiting, staffing, or talent acquisition experience (agency or internal).
• Strong communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
• Ability to multitask and manage multiple open roles in a fast-paced environment.
• Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and eager to learn.
• Experience with an ATS or CRM system a plus (e.g., Bullhorn, LinkedIn Recruiter, Indeed).
