Senior Recruiting Manager @ The Nagler Group | College Recruiting

Location: Salem, NH (Hybrid after initial onboarding period)

Employment Type: Contract

Compensation: $25 - $32 per hour

We are seeking an experienced Contract Recruiter to join our team in Salem, NH. This role offers the flexibility of hybrid work after an initial onboarding period, allowing you to settle in and establish strong working relationships before transitioning to a remote/office schedule.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage full-cycle recruitment for assigned requisitions from intake to offer acceptance
  • Source qualified candidates through job boards, LinkedIn, social media, and networking
  • Conduct phone screens and interviews to assess candidate qualifications and cultural fit
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with hiring managers and provide regular updates on recruitment progress
  • Manage candidate pipeline and ensure positive candidate experience throughout the hiring process
  • Utilize applicant tracking system (ATS) to track candidate progress and maintain accurate records
  • Coordinate interview schedules and facilitate communication between candidates and hiring teams
  • Negotiate offers and conduct reference checks as needed
  • Meet or exceed weekly/monthly recruiting metrics and goals

Required Qualifications

  • 3+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience
  • Proven ability to source and attract qualified candidates in a timely manner
  • Experience with applicant tracking systems (ATS) and recruiting tools
  • Strong proficiency with LinkedIn Recruiter, Indeed, and other job boards
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to manage multiple requisitions simultaneously and prioritize effectively
  • Self‑motivated with ability to work independently
  • Available to work on‑site in Salem, NH during initial training period

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience in contract or agency recruiting
  • Familiarity with various industries and recruitment specialties
  • Knowledge of employment laws and hiring best practices
  • Experience with high‑volume recruitment

Work Schedule

  • Initial 2-3 weeks on‑site for training and relationship building
  • Transition to hybrid schedule (specific days to be determined)
